I've decided to get 2 Maxxair vent. Installed one on both with my nephew Austin's help! Waiting to install 2nd one another day.

Buy #10 or #8 screws and locking nuts
Buy 3m windows weld adhesive
isopropyl alcohol
metal for jigsaw
clamp
Question about front frame
Cut the framing strip
Mark hole
drill
cut
put tape around adaptor
degloss with scoth brite
clean with isopohphyl alcohol
apply 1/8" beads on windows weld on adaptor
press adaptor down
pull tape within 15 mins
cover fan flange with tape
press down
drill holes to framing strip
cover with dicor
